Parking Note: Please park across the street. Not on, or in front of the driveway.
Please come with no makeup on and clean lashes. I only cleanse lashes if oily to obtain maximum retention.
Avoid consuming caffeine as it makes your eyes twitchy and difficult to work on.
Do not wear contact lenses to your appointment.
Feel free to wear whatever is comfortable as you will be required to lay down for a long period of time.
You are welcome to bring your own earbuds or airpods to the appointment.

EVERYONE IS PRONE TO DEVELOPING AN ADHESIVE SENSITIVITY OR ALLERGY!
This only affects about 5% of people who get their lashes done over time. With that being said, the allergy/sensitivity can still develop but only show up after 3 exposures to the adhesive. If you are new to lash extensions and have not been exposed to the adhesives we use, I highly suggest that you please come in for a few appointments before any important or special events.
If you experience:
swollen eyelids
constantly teary eyes (glossy eyes)
itching or burning sensation to your eyelids
PLEASE CONTACT A DOCTOR AND YOUR LASH ARTIST IMMEDIATELY!
SERVICE NOTES:
Standard Fill < 50% of lashes remaining
Extended Fill > 50% of lashes remaining / past 21 days
Please note that service times will vary between 1.5-3 hours so please book yourself in accordingly. If you need to leave your appointment early, please don't hesitate to let me know.
If you have lash extensions from a different tech (foreign fill), please select the option "Foreign Fills" when booking and book accordingly. I do foreign fills on lashes that are less than 3 weeks old and lashes that have been applied correctly. If I find that I cannot fill them, it will be a removal + full set but will be charged as a full set.
I offer free touch-up fills within 48 hours after your appointment if the lashes, for some reason, fall out too quickly. Anything after the 48 hour mark will be charged as a Standard Fill.
For fill appointments, please come in with 50% of lashes left and between 2-3 weeks after your last appointment. Anything less than 50% is considered a full set. Anything past 21 days is also considered a full set so please book your fills accordingly and try to pre-book your appointments.

I do not tolerate no shows.
Please come at your designated appointment time! If you are 5-10 minutes early, please wait until your appointment time to come in. Knock or text upon arrival.
If you are running late, please let me know. Being late = service time reduced. I will not charge you a late fee but if you are over 20 mins late, I will cancel your appointment as well as your deposit being forfeited.
If you need to reschedule, please try to do so 24 hours before the appointment time. I will honour your deposit and use it to reschedule the appointment but that deposit is ONLY TRANSFERABLE ONCE. Anything after that will result in a forfeit of your deposit and a new deposit will be required. Cancellation of your appointment for any reason will be an immediate forfeit of your deposit.
If you are feeling unwell please reschedule 24 hours BEFORE your appointment to avoid being charged the cancellation fee. I will not tolerate sick clients coming in for their appointments. Please be considerate of myself and others.

2 week fill = 9-17 days
3 week fill = 18-25 days
